Before that, I spent over 14 years on Software service production and operation, then move to Agile Coaching and Training area. He have been collaborating with Scrum Trainers and Agile Consultants in Japanese training business. He has co-translated “Fearless Change”, “User Story Mapping”, “Joy, inc.”, “Software in 30 days” and some others.
He has been organizing several conferences in Japan: Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo, DevOpsDays Tokyo and Scrum Fest Osaka/Sapporo.
